Hi, I’m Caitlin Boyle.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving the state of Texas. I believe that every person is impacted by the people around them and by their past experiences. My own life experiences have informed the therapy models I have chosen, which are Narrative Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, though I do draw from other models when needed. I have experience working with couples and individuals all across the lifespan and have treated communication issues, infidelity, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more.
Therapy will be most beneficial if you feel comfortable with me. It is important that you find the therapist who is the best fit for you. I emphasize the importance of empathy and connection with my clients and believe that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will work to help you discover more about yourself, and I will provide you with tools to serve you on your journey.
I received my B.A. in Psychology from Texas Tech University and my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. I have additional training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and regularly engage in continuing education activities to ensure that I am giving you the best treatment possible. When I’m not being a therapist, you can find me spending time with friends and family, going for walks, and watching a good TV show.
